The most common ball transfer unit consists of an inverted ball that allows objects to move rapidly between several units. This is a conveyor system which is called a ball transfer table. Usually, this is the connector to another conveyor system, and the transfer object is transferred from one machine to another. Because of the multi-directional use of spherical balls within transfer units, they can easily transfer loads in most directions.
Common Applications of Ball Transfer Units:
Conveyors
Slider door, window
Hydraulic press machines
Moulding devices
Automobile racks
Sheet metal fabrication
